  • We provide personalized support to make your special day perfect.

    1. Free Consultation
      　Tell us about your dream , elopement, vow renewal, or photo session. We will explain our services.

    2. Contract & Deposit Payment
      　Once you are satisfied with the plan, we will proceed with the contract. A 40% deposit of the planning fee is required at this stage.

    3. Location,Venue ,Vendor Research & Selection
      ・We will search them that match your preferences and handle necessary permissions or site visits if needed.
      ・Vendor recommendations & coordination (photographer, hair & makeup, décor, etc.)

    4. Planning Process Begins (6month-3 months before the event)
      　・Timeline development
      　・Regular online meetings as needed
      ・If needed, we will arrange meetings with vendors and attend vendor meetings and provide English assistance.

    5. Event/ Shoot Day
      　・On-site coordination and vendor management
      　・Ensuring everything runs smoothly so the couple can fully enjoy their special day.
      　・Elopement & Vow Renewal: On-site coordination for up to 6hours
      　・Photo Session: On-site coordination for up to 4hours

    　(With dinner or lunch, same as wedding plan:From ¥400,000+tax)

    ・Photo Session Plan:
    From ¥100,000+tax
    　(Includes location research & permits, scheduling, vendor recommendations, and on-site coordination for up to 4hours.)

    ※The above fees cover planning services only.
    Venue rental, décor, catering, photography, hair & makeup, and other vendor costs will be quoted separately based on your preferences.

    Location-Based Additional Fees
    The listed prices apply to Tokyo-based events.
    Additional fees and travel costs apply for other locations.

    • Kyoto / Osaka Area: +¥30,000+tax + travel fees

    • Other Remote Areas: Quoted separately

  • 1. Deposit Payment

    • 40% of the planning fee must be paid within 5 days of signing the contract via the designated payment method.

    • The deposit is non-refundable.

    2. Final Payment

    • The remaining planning fee must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the event day using the designated payment method.

    3. Refund & Additional Fee Settlement

    • Any additional charges or refunds will be settled within 1 month after the event day.
