If you decide to proceed with our venue search service, we will begin searching for the perfect venue for you.

2. Venue Search & Selection (Separate Fee Applies)

Choosing the right venue is one of the most important steps in the event planning. We help you find a venue that aligns with your vision, guest count, and overall wedding style.

Support Includes:

• Scheduling & coordinating venue tours

• Venue comparison & professional recommendations

• On-site inspections (Additional fees may apply for locations outside Tokyo)

Please note that the venue search fee is separate from the full planning service

3. Official Contract & Deposit

Once you have selected your venue and are ready to move forward with our full planning service, we proceed with the official contract.

4. Vendor Selection & Coordination

To bring your wedding vision to life, we carefully select reliable and talented vendors, including florists, photographers, videographers, hair & makeup artists, catering services, and more.

Support Includes:

• Researching & recommending vendors

• Coordinating meetings & negotiations

• Comparing quotes & providing expert advice

• Assisting with vendor contracts

Timeline: Around 9 months before the wedding

5. Planning & Design Consultation

We create a wedding concept that reflects your personality and preferences. This includes the overall theme, décor details, event timeline, and guest experience.

Support Includes:

• Unlimited email & communication support

• Vendor management & coordination

• Vision board creation & design consultation

• Customized monthly checklist

• Regular Zoom meetings

• Ceremony & reception finalization

• Detailed timeline creation

Timeline: Around 6 months before the wedding

6. Wedding Day Coordination

On your special day, we ensure that everything runs smoothly so that you can fully enjoy the moment.

Day-of Support Includes:

• Overseeing the wedding schedule & logistics

• Coordinating with vendors & managing event setup

• Ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day

• Managing any unforeseen issues

• Assisting guests & ensuring a seamless experience

Venue Searching Fee
Finding the perfect venue is the first step to creating your dream wedding.

Tokyo Area: From ¥50,000+tax
Outside Tokyo: From ￥60,000+tax
Additional transportation fees apply for venue visits.

You will decide whether to proceed with the full planning service after confirming your venue.

Once your venue is decided, we will start full wedding planning to bring your vision to life.

Included Services

✔ Full Wedding Planning – Comprehensive support from ceremony/reception planning to execution.
✔ Pre-Event Meetings (Standard plan starts from 6 months before) – Tailored discussions to perfect your wedding details. If needed, we will arrange meetings with vendors, attend vendor meetings, and provide English assistance.
✔ Concept & Design Proposal – Creating a unique and elegant vision for your day.
✔ Vendor Research & Recommendations – Finding the best professionals for your wedding.
✔ On-the-Day Coordination (Up to 9 Hours) – Managing your schedule (ceremony and reception) and vendors for a seamless experience.

Note:

• This planning fee covers the ceremony and reception. Additional charges will apply for pre-wedding events such as welcome dinners and post-wedding celebrations.

• For services outside the Tokyo area, additional transportation fees will apply.

• Additional charges may apply for extra wedding staff based on the final guest count.

• Additional services such as catering, photography, videography, and floral arrangements are available at extra cost.

ーVenue Search Feeー

Choosing the right venue is one of the most important steps in planning your wedding.
The venue search fee is a research fee to explore available venues that match your preferences.

• Full payment is required within 5 days of confirming the venue search request.

• For locations outside Tokyo, additional transportation costs will be invoiced separately.

Please note that this fee is non-refundable, even if we are unable to find a venue that meets all of your requests.

Additionally, this fee is separate from the full wedding planning service.
Once the venue is decided, you may proceed with the full planning service by signing a formal contract.

1. Deposit Payment

• 40% of the planning fee must be paid within 5 days of signing the contract via the designated payment method.

• The deposit is non-refundable.

2. Final Payment

• The remaining planning fee must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the wedding day using the designated payment method.

3. Refund & Additional Fee Settlement

• Any additional charges or refunds will be settled within 1 month after the wedding day
